Pre-registered media may pick up credentials on Saturday, October 6, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the Press Room of the Pennsylvania Convention Center (Room 24) and during all regular hours of Press Room operation.

Press Room hours (all times Eastern)

  • Saturday, October 6: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., for registration and credential pick-up only
  • Sunday, October 7: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Monday, October 8: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 9: 7:45 a.m. to noon

Freelance writers and website writers, editors and bloggers, after submitting your registration form, please send all necessary supporting materials (as defined in Press Room Guidelines) to media@eatright.org.

The Academy reserves the right to request additional information from all applicants.

I have read the FNCE 2012 Press Room Guidelines and understand that all requests for press credentials are subject to the approval and discretion of the Academy's Strategic Communications Team. Any individual who does not adhere to the Press Room Guidelines will be asked to forfeit his or her press credentials.
